Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time you place your order. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 - Products

Our products are available exclusively online through this website. They may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colors, fabrics and details of our dresses as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen will display every color accurately, and slight variations in color or pattern placement may occur from one piece to another.

Each product page includes a size chart. Measurements are given for guidance and may vary slightly (usually by 1 to 3 cm / about 1 inch). Please compare your own measurements with the size chart before ordering; our dresses are fitted and many fabrics have little or no stretch.

Please follow the care instructions on the label of each garment. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by washing, ironing or cleaning methods that do not follow these instructions.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 6 - Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. If an order is cancelled, you are refunded in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 - Shipping, delivery and returns

Processing times, delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control do not give rise to compensation, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Section 12 - Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In that case, any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including your statutory rights regarding products that are faulty or not as described, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Maison Hua and its partners, contractors, service providers and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to our Services.
