Processing time
Orders are checked and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery to the United States
- Delivery time: 5 to 8 business days on average after shipping. This is an average: some orders can take a little longer, especially during busy seasons and holidays.
- Free shipping: on all orders of $120 or more.
- Standard shipping: $4.99 for orders under $120.
- Tracking: every order comes with a tracking number.
Multiple items
If you order several dresses, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You receive a tracking number for each parcel.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately; we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Changes and cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or if your parcel seems lost, contact us at support@maisonhua.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund based on the result, as described in our Refund Policy.
