14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your Qipao must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@maisonhua.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a clear photo of the issue. We will process a replacement or refund within 3 to 7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if it's lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier. This process takes 6 to 14 business days. We will then offer a replacement or a refund based on the findings.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days.
